Pros

The culture is wonderful and I am proud to work for such a great company for 9 years.

Cons

Benefits. Each year they get more and more expensive. The company makes great profits nad we are penalized by awful insurance. Especially the prescription coverage. It would be cheaper to get Humana but I should not have to. Bershire should admit they made a mistake and change everything back to the old company.

Pros

Berkshire is loyal and holds value in it's employees. The mobility can be something you have to be patient with because employees are also very loyal. However, the training they provide and encourage is second to none. Berkshire understands work & life balance and has fair, clear expectations.

Cons

At times, the corporate level seems to miss the mark on budgets. Running an A property on less than $100/monthly for resident activities is trying at best. We also sometimes get surprise invoices that corporate has ordered and somehow we need to find a place to offset.
