Berkshire Communities is a great company to work for never have I worked for a company that makes you feel like a part of something. With Berkshire Communities there is a lot of room and opportunity to move up in position/s.

Cons

No cons almost two years and I still enjoy coming in every morning.

Pros

I have had an amazing experience with Berkshire. I am truly in awe of how readily me fellow Managers jumped in to help me when I have had a special project or have been short staffed. The truest sense of Team Work is exhibited on a regular basis. My supervisor is one of the best bosses I have ever had in my 23 year career in Property Management. She is extremely understanding of what it really takes to juggle the goals and expectations with work performance as well as maintaining a good home life balance.

Cons

It may sound Cliché but I truly have not experienced any negatives while working for Berkshire. They are an established company with a very clear property management/development business model that works.
