Pros

Upper management always share our yearly and/or long term vision and mission so that we all understand and can be on the same page. Company provides a great support and training and great benefits.

Cons

The yearly same merit increase of 3% for the last 10 years may need to be evaluated and need to be increased to 4% or 5%. In order for us (employees) to really increase our income is by moving up the ladder (get a higher position) since the 3% yearly merit does not help much, especially to those making less money hourly.

Pros

Berkshire is a company that treats you like family. They use state of the art technological advances to make your job easier. Less paperwork and more time for your residents and prospects.

Cons

Takes a long time to fire an employee due to non performance. Bonus structure needs improvement. Should do random drug testing during employment. I really do not know what else to write here. I have no other cons to post.
