Terminated for being accused of having another job. I read my employment offer and other documents backwards and forwards and there is nothing mentioned about it at all. when i was terminated and given the reasons, the HR lady talked over me and refused to explain anything or let me speak. I was also terminated due to "Absence" my first week because I CAUGHT THE FLU and was out for 3 days. accused of working on my other job (Actually is just a hobby ) of being a "DJ" because while waiting the required 45 minutes to continue onto the next training course, I was listening to music in a WAV. form. I showed up early everyday and was a team player. Berkshire, you lost a very good seasoned professional over a misunderstanding and a virus. bravo
