Pros

They have great benefits, the company culture was positive, and the residents were great, usually...

Cons

middle management is the most clique-y, favoritism bunch I have ever met. Good luck trying to maintain boundaries, as they will push them not only with you, but with residents as well

Pros

Supportive trainers, ample resources, and comprehensive process guides for employees. Discount offered on rent Helth Benefits Generally positive experience with the property management company, indicating overall satisfaction.

Cons

Low pay relative to rising inflation and rental costs, even with a discount, making it difficult to afford living expenses and the high insurance costs. Challenges in maintaining a healthy work-life balance due to stress.
