Pros

The only pro of working for Berkshire was leaving Berkshire

Cons

Berkshire is a terrible place to work. They will make you feel a false sense of goodness by explaining their benefits like they are doing you a huge favor. In reality, Berkshire will screw over their employees every chance they get. They cut the year end bonus in half from the year before and blame it on “budget” They treat their maintenance teams like they are a side project. The quarterly bonuses are a joke. They overwork their good maintenance techs without any extra compensation or advancement. An overall joke of a company!
