Pros

3 weeks paid vacation in your first year Employee discount on rent

Cons

HR and upper management disregard complaints and concerns. Property managers are not held accountable for their actions and the on-site team is expected to cover for them, make up for their lack of organization and structure. Lack of communication across the company. Values listed on the company website are not in line with how the company operates.

Pros

There are no pros to this job don’t apply here. Seriously don’t waste your time.

Cons

The company does not care about their employees and or look into what managers make their teams do. There is no such thing as team work in this company. Even when you go to the higher ups in the. Implant and you tell them how poorly your office is being run they won’t do anything except try to push you out of the company.
