Pros

So far I'm loving working for this company! I feel extremely supported and invested in. You are more than just another number at Berkshire Communities. There are always people around to help when needed and everyone consistently works as a team. This is my first position in the industry and despite the fact I've only been doing this for about 4 months, I've already grown so much professionally!
