Berkshire is a growing company, offers a great work/life balance, and I believe I am compensated fairly.

Cons

The only con could be limited opportunities for corporate roles. We are a growing company but few corporate positions open up yearly.

Good on-site culture and great commission opportunity.

Cons

After 2022 the regional team went south... nobody ever took our wants and needs into consideration and they made promotion impossible due to "dual-property" positions that they handed off to higher-level staff.
