Horrible management

Pros

Pay is good, maintenance is good

Cons

Property manager was horrible. He was over 2 communities at the same time, called senior property manager. Almost 1000 units. He would tell you he would look into an issue, you would never hear back from him. He wouldn't return emails. Leasing Agents do not have very much access on Yardi. Management has to approve so many things, it's slows down thw process to a snails pace. Angry applicants since you relied on manager to progress the application. Weekends no manager worked so no leases could be sent or signed. Overall an anxiety inducing place to work.

Pros

*They have some of the best pay in the industry *Decent benefits

Cons

*Work/life balance isn't that great *I experienced much toxicity in my time there, including always being made to feel my work wasn't good enough by management but when I expressed that I needed more support it was turned around on me and ignored. I felt cornered by management, being badgered about things that weren't done or done to satisfaction and sent rude communications and unsupported. I also felt like they expected me to do the work of two people and placed unrealistic deadlines on me. All of these things led to increased anxiety and burnout. *Experienced microaggressions *Toxic management *The only training in place is an abundance of videos, which you don't really have time to finish because you're always interrupted by surprise meetings from management or residents, without consideration of such. They don't really provide thorough guidance if you're new to your role. *I was made to feel like I was slacking because I had to call in sick two days in a row. They, or atleast the property I was at with the manager at the time, don't respect people and act as if you're never supposed to be unwell. *Rude and unresponsive HR.
