      Tight nit office team, Good training, Very obvious and straight forward policies to follow

      Cons

      Very very low pay for what you go through, Absolutely no way to move up without being put through fiery hoops, Low commission, Always short staff and pulling employees from an already struggling property to stick them somewhere else, Horrific budgets for newer acquisitions which result in completely eliminating your bonuses, Unrealistic expectations for newer acquisitions, Required ICO apparel program is awful, I'd prefer just higher quality plain shirts or blazers with company logo if we're expected to be wearing the same stuff everyday, Removed mystery shop bonuses

      Pros

      Berkshire gives you the tools and opportunity to progress in your career and grow with the company. Since they are nationwide you also have the opportunity of staying wit the company if you must or want to relocate.

      Cons

      I feel that they should base your pay scale off of your personal performance and not your job title or years with the company.

      If you work hard and are willing to take calculated risks you will gain respect from other departments throughout the organization!

      Cons

      Occasionally, senior leadership, (not all) can take your dedication for granted and/or minimize your results and take the good results as their own.
