Pros

- Flexibility - Pay - Employee Voices Heard - Mistakes do not mean being fired, learning tools - Lots of Support - Opportunity for Growth - Feels like family

Cons

Sometimes, the communication is not great. Too many corporate offices spread out, the onsite teams usually do not get the original message. Too many meetings, phone calls, and emails. Technology is behind the industry, OneSite is not great due to the platformed used. Managers are overwhelmed. OUR AP department is less than desirable - slow, unresponsive, not customer (us) friendly, so very hard to work with.

Pros

company culture, team oriented, family atmosphere, work-life balance. Management is involved and very knowledgeable about the industry. They provide solid leadership and good communication. They involve staff in decisions and include the support staff as appropriate.

Cons

Infrastructure for a growing company needs to be more defined and clear. Ensuring they are paying market salaries, Growing pains of a company that is changing their image and branding but see good things coming to fruition.
