The Firm constantly elicits anonymous feedback from employees (there is a third party review every year to give feedback directly to management anonymously. Great Benefits package, owners and entry level staff have access to the same benefits. Collegiate environment. Organized and strives to be the best employer and do right by people.
Cons
In some areas like consulting there will be a lot of travel. For auditors there is also a fair amount of travel, it's just not as much flying. BerryDunn is like two companies. One is a regional accounting Firm and the other is a national consulting Firm (Medicaid, Government, Business, etc.). Fast growth can take a strain on employees as there are not always enough resources to keep up with client demands.
