This workplace is toxic. I spent months in therapy trying to figure out how to deal with bully behavior and managers that have no idea how to manage people. Over multiple years I brought up issues with my supervisor and was met with no guidance or support. They let bad apples run wild here and good/qualified people are leaving because of it.
