Pros

Good discount, ability to learn new skills, great friendships could be made

Cons

high pressure, poor advancement opportunities, management lacks proper business education and often consists of promoted part-timers with little to no education at all (much less management education)

Pros

Great Pay Started out as part time, I have been with the company for about 5 months and already looking at a supervisor position If you put in the time and effort you will move up fast as long as you get along with managment

Cons

BBY just switched to a new Op where they are eliminating full time supervisor positions and replacing them with part time sales postitions

Pros

Found working at BBY corporate for over 7 years the most rewarding and exciting time yet in my professional career. I highly recommend it. People are engaged, environment is always buzzing and nothing stays the same for very long.

Cons

If you have trouble adapting to change, you will have challenges at Best Buy. I had multiple managers and multiple roles - this is common (and I enjoyed it).
