Pros

I would say the nice perks working in the field i was involved with was the best reason for being there.

Cons

Too much company instablitiy at the time, too many position responsiblity changes made it easy for me to decide to leave.

Pros

Great benefits, employees are friendly, most people are young, easy enough job

Cons

The management puts too much emphasis on things. I understand that bestbuy is dependent on the sale of the employees but just because we don't always get waranties or geek squad services or mobile broadband cards attached to each sale doesn't mean that we're not trying. Sometimes managment gives us too much of a hard time when its just really the economy and we're all just barely getting by.
