Pros

Good retail experience for a young person. It is a nice job to have while attending a University or a college. If you like working around people it's a great place to start. Also if you don't like high pressure sales jobs then this is right up your alley.

Cons

No commission even though you are pushed to sell as if there was. The schedules in retail are terrible and this job was no different. Every week you have a different schedule and you tend to work busier days (fri, sat, sun) kiss your weekends goodbye.
