Pros

Had computer experience, and no prior job experience so decided to work at best buy. Paid okay, considering. Worked part time after school.

Cons

Customer service was a pain, especially rude costumers who though they could walk all over us. The place was also a zoo on weekends.

Pros

The employee discount and the intricate company and product knowledge gained on the job are the only pros of Best Buy Mobile

Cons

It may be a location-specific problem, but favoritism runs rampant in matters of scheduling, recognition, and especially advancement in the company. Pay is also significantly less than other mobile phone sales positions.
