Pros

The location where I worked was just for the money. The pay and the benefits are excellent. The technology is really fun, and Best Buy will make sure you are as trained as you want to be on any new and existing technologies.

Cons

No communication, and if something goes wrong, be prepared to cover your ass, because management is going to cover theirs even if it's with yours. They actually played a big part in my getting divorced. Not allowing for hardly any weekend time off, forcing me to work 12pm - 8:30pm shifts when I lived an hour away and the weekend was the only time I had a chance to spend any time with my wife.
