Pros

It's fun and having Geek Squad on my resume has won me more interviews than anything else.

Cons

It can be pretty busy and always understaffed, which is annoying.

Pros

It is a great place to work if you want to interact with people on a minute by minute basis and get to be able to reap the benefits of having some smart people around you. Most employees at Best Buy are easy to hang out with and are very down to earth. Management did a good job of picking people who will fit well together.

Cons

Some of the people just are not that smart and think they are all that. Management could definitely improve upon training employees across all departments before throwing them into those departments because there are a lack of people. There could also be some type of small rewards/competitions between departments since there is no commission.

Pros

I like what I'm doing

Cons

that you must call corp. when ever you need information about policies, insurance even though there is an HR person at the site or go online to the to the companies web site. Whats wrong with having a real person to talk to to gain the information that is needed
