Pros

The discount is great. If you know someone in power, you will likely advance within the company. You get to be around technology all day.

Cons

Indecisive "leadership". Poor employee development. Inflexible work hours. The sales deflate the employee discount. You cannot take a ten minuet break.

Opportunity to move up in the company. Dynamic company that change with the customer base. A company that challenges you on a daily basis on what your capable of. Fun environment.

Cons

Balance of work and life not always equal. Rise and fall base on certain uncontrollables. Salary compared to work put in not the most favorable.
