      Pros

      The store atmosphere makes work fun and exciting. Every employee that puts forth good effort feels valued and important. Also, the employee discount is the best.

      Cons

      Retail floor during holidays can be really crazy. Many times in order to cut costs the store management will understaff the floor which can lead to poor customerservice.

      Pros

      Best Buy is an amazing place to work. I can always count on being challenged every day to put my best foot forward. Every day I see the quality of my work come alive in those I develop to one day take my place so that I can confidently move to the next level. The salary and benefits are wonderful and I am proud to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      I want to first say that the company itself is true and just, but sometimes it's the 'people' that work for the company that make sour impressions. I believe there should be a pay system that is consistently based on performance and not so much left up to someone who is inconsistent and unfair. Do not mis-understand, I know that Best Buy pays well; however, the system of how that pay is decided is not uniform throughout.
