Pros

Slight to large discount on most products, including on all merchandise. Sometimes prior knowledge or first hand experience with newly released products.

Cons

Can be grueling having to deal with uninformed customers day in and day out. Management has high expectations, and is neurotic about products being lined up.

Pros

I really liked the discount. You also get to work with employees that are your age, and you get to work with technology!

Cons

At times, there is poor management at store levels. The stress level of leadership positions can be quite high. Corporate expecting more than is feasible to get the job done, resulting in not having enough labor to support the job that needed to be done.
