Pros

Management was good. They worked with you a lot of the time and not against you. My management at my store would typically back me up on what I was saying to customers when it was related to policy, rather than caving to customers and giving them what they wanted, even if it was out of policy.

Cons

low progression outside of sales. Lots of restructuring in the past few years. non-competitive pay while CEO lays people off and gets massive bonuses
