Pros
As a graphic designer, I absolutely love working for Best Version Media. Best Version Media is the first company that I have worked for that really cares about their employees. I have worked in many different environments as a designer (from large international companies, to small local shops) and I have never been more impressed with the way a company works. From day one, I was encouraged, engaged and felt like I was an important part of the team. I have been working with them for over two and a half years, and I can honestly say this is the BEST job I have ever had. When there is an issue, the team literally rushes to help me fix it, in the most positive and understanding way. Everyone is always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile, and that is the best part. The company is growing so fast, and as we grow, it just gets better and better. I have never wanted to come back to work after a vacation, until I started working here, I could not wait to get back to work after my last trip! I cannot say enough about the leadership and the people in the company and how amazing they are. It is a wonderful feeling to feel your pride swell when you talk about your job.
