Opportunities for professional advancement abound in this growing company. The leaders are motivated by integrity and a passion for what they do, which makes them some of the best people to work for. I have always felt extremely valued and appreciated. The flexibility, family-friendly culture and just plain good people here are what make it worth coming to work every day - as well as knowing that what you do is building a more neighborly world!

Cons

Be prepared to embrace change and embrace better ways of doing things. In other words, be ready to become better at what you do and a better team player every day - that's not really a con! It's a challenge to grow.

This is one of the only companies I know of that people are treated as individuals and not a number in a company. It is a friendly family orientated company that expects the best out of its employees and treats them with respect in return. You can work here and still maintain a family life as well. Upper management is always available and easy to communicate with. Everyone at this company is trying to better the next person to make this the best company and the best company to be a part of.

Cons

Haven't come across one yet! They have been upfront about everything. They explain everything to their team and are easy to communicate with.

The dynamic of each dept working together for one same goal, that is to make sure each publisher have very little over head so they can focus on their business growth. The culture that is set in place from the beginning establishes great work environment and allows inner dynamic between co workers to become the best version of them self. Office and corp culture is establish early to each employer to be a individual not a number. because everyone brings their own person experience to the table. Can you say that in your Job?
