      Pros

      Flexibility and income potential is the very thing that keeps me at BVM but inside the culture is why I truly love this company. You never lack resources and support and there is a team for every aspect of the company to assist you at any time.

      Cons

      It is still commission-based sales so if you lack a work ethic and consistency, you won't move as fast with growth in this company.

      Pros

      The compensation is beyond fair, the support is unmatched, the company culture is positive and inclusive, and the work is more than fulfilling. Being able to work with my local community and having the autonomy to run my business is a dream come true.

      Cons

      The only con is that if things don't work out for you, you're the only person to blame. This job can only be excelled at if you're ready to take full responsibility for yourself and your life.
