      Great culture, inspirational leaders, flexible schedule, and no “boss” trying to micromanage you.

      Cons

      Not a job you can coast along at. You be successful or unsuccessful based on the work you put into it.

      A company that ACTUALLY does what they say they will do!

      Pros

      -Uncapped commission earnings potential - Flexible schedule (no micromanagement) - Your own business - Leadership support - Daily training - You do not have to reinvent the wheel, its all done for you to follow - Incredible culture

      Cons

      -If you don't treat this like a full time job, it won't pay you like one. -This is not for people who don't have an entrepreneurial/ growth mindset. -You need to work hard, nothing is handed to you. - Commission structure ( if you don't like that) - Can take some time to "get to print" but again, these cons are only cons for people who don't believe & TRUST the process.
