      Pros

      Working with BVM has been an amazing experience. I'm grateful that I get to work with a team of professionals every day who are not only great at what they do, but also strive to support and elevate those around them. In the 3 years I have been here, I have seen BVM continue to grow and thrive while maintaining the same amazing culture that was here on my first day.

      Cons

      The work can be challenging but for this group of people that's more of a pro than a con.

      The company culture is amazing with the whole brand supporting you every step. This is a great career choice for someone dedicated in starting their own business with the ability to grow fast.

      The upper management and business is very supportive and motivating to get you to where you need to be in the beginning of this job which can be tough.

      Cons

      Working for up to six months without pay is all I can say would be a con.
