Pros

The culture that BVM creates is the environment for personal and professional success. It it where anyone who has a strong desire to reach their full potential will in fact reach that potential. Strong leadership and mentoring is given to everyone on every level. It is a place where people assist each other to become the best version of themselves. It is a business where you control your outcome but you are never alone on this journey to success. You will be surrounded by talented, caring and giving leaders that will believe in you. They have great training and more training to stay on top of your game and always help you perform your very best. This is a company that I am proud to be associated with. They put all their words to action and truly appreciate all their people do to help make BVM the best place to work.

Cons

Success is hard work. Not really a con but when you have the ability to earn a 5 figure paycheck monthly, I don't want anyone to think that comes easy to any of us. We all work very hard to create what we have here.

Pros

Talented and supportive management, flexible schedule, and an overall healthy work environment. BVM offers their publishers and associate publishers a unique opportunity to establish and run their own locally focused magazine.

Cons

The only negative aspect of BVM is that until you get your magazine published you're not receiving any income. Essentially, it's a "sweat-equity" situation, but it pays off in the long term.

Pros

There are so many excellent reasons to work with BVM. First and foremost, they have created a culture and environment that is both liberating and challenging. I feel free to be exactly who I am while I'm challenged to become more than I ever imagined. I truly run my own business without micro-management from corporate. I receive all the tools and ongoing training necessary for success. I set my own schedule and can easily incorporate life's unplanned surprises. I love the idea that my income is totally something that I control. As important as all of those factors are, I have a position and standing within my community that brings so much benefit to business owners, community organizations, and residents alike. All my family and friends are convinced I have found my dream job that is the perfect blend of all of my talents and strengths.

Cons

The biggest challenge I have experienced working with BVM is conquering my own tendency to be overly ambitious. I have to admit a slight weakness in organizational skills and this has bitten me in the tushy. BVM has not only encouraged personal and professional growth in this area but has offered both tangible and practical ways in which to foster this growth.
