Incredible advancement opportunities in all departments. Great company with compassion for it's employees. NO MICRO MANAGING. Always encouraging it's employees to do the best job possible and they do! Fueled by an incredible think tank of talented CEO, CFO, Regional managers with major talent. You truly feel like you are working with the best the business has to offer, which in turn only makes you better at what you are doing. The most rewarding job personally and professionally I have ever had in over 25 years working.

Cons

There really isn't any to speak of. You have to put in the work, but the rewards are excellent

Pros

Best Version Media provide amazing opportunities for growth on all levels, from unlimited income potential to becoming the 'Best Version' of yourself as an entrepreneur and publisher. The support and training is excellent and ongoing and gives you the autonomy to really achieve as much as you want.

Cons

The only con is the initial period of working towards a baseline to get your magazine to print. However, if you follow the company metrics and program, you get to print in 2-3 months and then earn residual commission of 80% of everything you sell , month after month, thereafter.

Everyone is respectful, helpful, and nice! Communication levels within this company are beyond belief compared to others I have been in. People are very understanding and everyone works as a team. Management handles situations well, have patience, and are always there when needed. People always appreciate your work, and always push you to strive to become a better person. Very motivated company that is always pushing to advance!
