      Pros

      Continued training and support. Uncapped income potential. Innovative company. Strong company culture. Lucrative.

      Cons

      No downsides at all. The reason some publishers fail is because they don't understand that this is a business opportunity where you are an independent contractor who can grow their own company. This isn't a w-2 job. This is the type of opportunity where you get out of it what you put into it.

      Pros

      Imagine waking up and being happy to go to work every day. That is what I feel. I am so happy to be a part of this company. The leadership all the way to the entry-level position is filled with team members that are kind, good-hearted hard, working people.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that some areas need focus, such as continuing education related to a role. I just heard from my Manager the company is researching ways to improve that, so they listen and make changes! So happy!
