- My position with the company offers ALOT of Flexibility, which is super nice. - Hybrid - Management - my direct boss is nice and very helpful.

Cons

- Pay - this needs to be raised, BIG TIME - Work load - this fluctuates, but can be a bit unreasonable at times

Pros

Most supportive company I’ve ever worked for. Constant guidance, feedback, and training opportunities. Regular bonus offerings. You really get plugged into your community. Fantastic commission structure.

Cons

It is a gritty job as with any sales role. Can occasionally feel defeating, but that’s simply when you double down. Sales role so there are no benefits as it is a 1099 role.
