Pros
Good perks like travel discounts and gift cards. Ability to work from home in reservations. If it were'nt for these things, I would have quit long ago. Apparently, anyone can work here if they can breath, talk or type.
Cons
Too many Managers. Supervisors who dont really supervise anything except your "stats" and your breaks. Department Managers who know nothing about working in the hospitality industry, so forget about being capable to lead in this industry. Too many rules that cripple rather than enable the employee to do their jobs well and serve the customers. Poor Customer Care because we are too hard to do business with due to all the silly restrictions and outdated technology. Too much focus on Member/owner making top dollar and not enough emphasis on delivering a product their employees are proud to offer and their customers will actually consider worth the $$, and lack of consumer understanding of the BW brand is all about.
