Pros

Awesome management team, flexible, professional, nice small town feel, pretty good pay/perks for the (geographic) location, co-workers and management fair and easy to get along with, they tend to listen to input from employees and don't just drop seemingly random changes on them out of the blue

Cons

Owners are kind of cheap, low benefits, some people working there seem to be barely literate but this can be attributed to the location and relatively low pay and benefits

Pros

It was great to get to meet people from all over the world that stayed there. Night shift was nice to work by myself without management there.

Cons

Had a wonderful first manager, but then they hired two young managers and they were inexperienced...tried their best though. Pay was terrible.
