Pros

Well established company. Many different things to learn from front desk, guest services, maintenance, and even auditing throughout the night.

Cons

As with every hospitality business a slow season can call for long hours, but this is where it pays to take the extra time to learn other facets of the business.

Pros

Do your work and you will feel good about the job. I often received tips from guests because my efforts to make sure they were accomodated. Do good work and people will notice.

Cons

It can get hectic and things may not always be easy. Be prepared for you to have to run around and feel like you are doing other peoples work. It can be understaffed at different points of the year depending on the turnover.
