Pros

This was my first "real" job out of high school and it was just kind of ok. It's a janitorial position, enough said. The staff/management were all relatively friendly so that was a bonus.

Cons

- Didn't supply adequate cleaning supplies; Gloves weren't typically provided. Many housekeepers bought their own pairs. I needed a pair of gloves once while cleaning a very dirty toilet and I was provided with a very cheap, easily torn, extra large pair of gloves that my hand sloshed around it. - Outdated and broken equipment.
