Great place to work. Amazing management. Discount on BW rooms, great people to work with, everyday is different

I can not say there were any cons working there, maybe min pay, need to have a flex schedule as in any other hotels

I have over 20 years of experience of working in busy kitchens, planning menus, special diets, training junior chefs, orders and stock control, doing weekly rota

Have been working in the same place for over 10 years, would like to get more experience in different inveriment plus was traveling over 20 miles to work and 20 miles back.
