Pros

Great food in the restaurant. Employees get 50% off on food. Family members of employees can stay in hotel for 50% off. Employees can stay at other Best Westerns for 50% off.

Cons

They wouldn't let us wear shorts in the summer. Management only available on weekdays. All employees need to be willing to work weekends and holidays, including Christmas.

Pros

It is a job, thats the only good thing. I'm sorry I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

The management is the worst I have ever seen, and that just trickles down into every aspect of the entire time you are there. Whether you are working or on vacation. A business shouldn't be about the money above all else, when the business you are in is "hospitality".
