      -Great people -Decent pay -Good benefits -Company values -Leadership team

      Cons

      -Rigid IT processes make it difficult to get things done quickly and have first mover advantage -Very political -Too many meetings -Expectation is to be on call 24/7 -Limited career growth opportunities -Constant change in direction -Very short, sometimes unreasonable deadlines -Business model - independently owned and operated hotels, makes it difficult to have a consistent experience for the guest

      Great staff, shame about the wages

      Pros

      All the staff are friendly and get on well with each other, free use of gym and swimming pool, membership discount on food & drink and beauty treatments, Best Western discount at other hotels

      Cons

      Long hours for poor wages, senior management take advantage of the people who work really hard, no rewards for achievements only bad words if mistakes are made, corners are cut to save money but to an extreme that means the staff can't do their jobs properly

      Friendly coworkers, everyone helps each other out, left to do your job

      Cons

      Heard there are no pay raises, was told that every 4 months they give you $25 cash instead. Not enough workers to do the job.
