Pros

Nice building, nice location, nice customers.

Cons

Having to work for an owner who changes priorities overnight. Shows interest - then investment - then lets it all fall when they have a new idea.Hates trees. Organisation gets by on the back of "nice people" on minimum wage

Pros

Very flexible in choosing your shifts

Cons

Very long hours, could work 8+ hours with no break. No training at all, thrown into the deep end on your first shift.
