Pros

They are improving there standards of what Best Westerns are supposed to be to become a PLUS, Premier, etc, However, they are all individually owned.

Cons

So being individually owned and operated mean it is the luck of the draw on what the owner is willing to do to make the property and bring it to a high level of service and class, and unfortunately not all are willing to put in the effort needed.
