Pros

if you want to know the ins and outs of the hotels MICE, hard worker and will love the challenge you could try this hotel

Cons

Dosm, the man believed to run the sales and marketing department in order to achieve the set targets. If Dosm successfully realize the target, it does not mean he/she was a rival to the GM. and if Dosm get compliments from the hotel owners, GM as the leaders should be able to accept this as a compliment to him nor vice versa.
