Pros

Salary paid on time - and thats the only I could think of

Cons

Most managers have no clue what they are doing professionally, with no relevant experience or only "on paper" experience. Staff turnover rate over 50% per year, intrigues all over the place. Choice of new member hotels leads to devaluation of the brand, as most of them do not comply with brand standards. Pity, as the brand by itself is good and known internationally

Pros

Good pay you get cheap rooms and employee discounts

Cons

Working alone late at night can be lonely and nerve racking sometimes. Early morning or late night shifts are brutal.
