Pros

Flexible scheduling, overtime, extra shifts.

Cons

Management, lack of structure, lack of appreciation or acknowledgement. Sub par standards that aren't upheld or followed by all employees. Each day policies change per managements mood. Micromanaging overload, has no trust in team or individuals to make any decision on own with out direction from top management (owner). Negativity surrounds you most days.
