It used to be great, then they implemented all this change which doesn't help our jobs it makes them worse and takes too long to do one simple thing. The worst management I've ever worked with. People get promoted for being mediocre or bad at their last jobs. Can't speak for other depts but don't look into working in VIP their management is chaos with managers always out on vacation and incompetent middle managers who implement additional responsibilities and more work on your plate while they take off for months. You'll get no support from them all they care about is making money and as long as the money rolls in they don't care what you're going through at work each day. No room for growth and no roles to move up into with no plans of them creating anytime soon, pay stays the same despite inflation and have competitors paying way more for the same roles
