Thank you for your review. The newness of our industry and the highly regulated nature of our business requires agility, and we understand that can feel chaotic and unorganized at times. We're looking at better ways of communicating internally so employees feel connected and know about changes in advance. We also recently incorporated a professional development fund so every employee has access to the resources they need to develop professionally. Tough to get stuff done...

The remote working arrangement is nice, the office is quite nice as well. Hours are not too bad, but based on the way the organization is structured, it can be quite difficult to get things done

Cons

It is a nice company, but to get anything done is quite difficult. The leaders in the product division tend to favorite those who are very extroverted, so if you are an introverted individual, this is likely not a good place for you to be and you may not succeed. Additionally, there is very little transparency on the tech side, so it is often quite difficult to even get reasonable updates and answers. And if you need to communicate what is happening to leadership based on your limited access, you may be in for an unpleasant experience
