My coworkers are very kind. My boss is very fair and easy to talk to. It is a small group in Hartford, so everyone has the opportunity to a variety of projects. The team is very diverse. Hybrid work is offered. Paid lunch.

Cons

Most of the work is transportation/traffic related. Since lunch is paid, most people eat at their desk and it can be difficult to socialize.
