Small meaningless projects, no quality control, most work can be done high school grads, lack of company culture.

Employee owned so good benefits stock has been rising for years. Company is growing and isn't skipping a beat. Lots of hiring happening and some disciplines are really growing with new young talent.

Cons

There's multiple offices and coordinating is difficult and cultures are a little different but the company is making efforts to make things more consistency
