Pros

Ive been in engineering for more than 4 decades . This is the strongest and most creative team ive ever worked with. The culture is the best ive ever seen as well.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that I did t start here sooner

Cons

Flat company structure means you have to be a self starter and often make progress without much guidance or oversight.
